That Communicate Your Eyes

When Bandler and Grinder began back in 1975 with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), described it as a way to organize what we see, hear and feel ... and how to review and filter the outside world through our senses ... In addition to considering an NLP useful tool for exploring how we describe the world using the language ... and how to react intentionally or unintentionally, to produce results.

The founders of NLP, they noticed that people by how they moved their eyes ... they spoke in a certain way and had a somewhat different perception of the world.

To test these hypotheses, performed an experiment:

Personally interviewed several people ... those that speak, used more terms related to images, they were given a red card.

The phrases expressing mostly related to sounds, received a green card ...

And those who said words to feelings and feelings, they were given a yellow card.

They were then separated and grouped according to color ... were armed groups of people ... the red card, green and yellow ...

And in each group found something extraordinary excellently communicated with each other!

Then,''mixed''people of a different color card ... and did not occur in some cases mismo.La communication was very poor ...

What do I want to show you this experience of NLP? It was discovered that the eye movements trigger a particular process in the brain.

As we say sometimes ... the great merit of neurolinguistic programming is not to invent ... but to discover things that were already there ...

The eyes reflect how we communicate ... think ... that is activated inside our brains, determined look manera.Y this is also recorded in the words used to talk ... sensory-based words in NLP are called predicates.

From the neurophysiological point of view, to build an image, we look up ... it works! (This is the visual representative system)

Now, if we look up and to the left''active''visual memory is a memory image format''''... And we can turn ... it's like learning intentionally aim the antenna optimally.

If you remember an image to better ... remember looking up .. left! (if you're not clever, you are left ... it is likely that this is reversed).

Instead to look up to the right, images are generated ... the zone is activated ... abstract thinking can create imágenes.Si mathematical calculations are performed, it is recommended''''aim the antenna towards it.

Therefore, not always but often, if we ask a question and the other person makes a light and fast movement up to the right ... you may be''inventing''the answer!

When the eyes move sideways, NLP found that it sounds ... the representative system is activated auditivo.Si you look to the right, toward the right ear, you will be creating a sound ... many composers do this when are inventing or creating a melody.

There is research that shows that people who drive more than the eye movement ... are likely to have greater postural stress, have a talent for mathematics, and in the case of men, sleeping fewer hours.

If you look laterally toward the left ear, are recalling a sound or a dialogue of the past ... If you look down on the left, they may be talking to himself internally.

Finally, the kinesthetic representational system is activated when we look down on the right ... that is if we orient our eyes toward it, it's easier to get in touch with feelings and emotions.

Should not generalize, every human being is a complex world ... it all depends on context and situation ... every person has a mixture of the three representative systems and puts it .. but have a greater tendency to be auditory, visual or kinesthetic or ... .

You see, the world of NLP is very broad and intriguing ...

Thus began experiencing ... watching people, where they look when you ask a question .. what types of words used ... imagining something and checking amazed at where you were looking right at that time ... with neurolinguistic programming achieve greater personal knowledge and people around you! ...
