eBay Success E-Book - Things to Consider Before Beginning Blogging


In my previous articles I talked about how email lists can be used to supplement your eBay ebook business. In my next series of articles will discuss how blogging platform can be used to help promote your eBay ebook business. In this particular article I am going to discuss what you need to consider before you start blogging.

As I have said before that a typical ebook for sale on eBay is usually a very simple process, with no incentive for the customer to return. Buy the ebook, receive the ebook, you leave a positive feedback and then they go to read the ebook. If you can reach out and give your customers an incentive to return, then you have a greater likelihood of repeat custom and more opportunities to build confidence and build your brand.

Blogs are a great way to achieve this goal as they are easily manageable, interactive and current. If people like what they are reading they keep coming back here and you can direct to your eBay store. But what you must consider before you start blogging?

1) BLOGGING PLATFORM:

eBay recently began its own blogging service that allows you to host your blog on their website. Blogger and WordPress are two other services that allow you to create a blog. There are a lot of other services available as well. Ultimately, the choice is before you. You should check the services and decide on what you like. I am in favor of WordPress because you can maintain complete control of your blog and host it on your web space.

2) SUBJECT BLOGGING:

What you'll be blogging about? In addition to providing news on your eBay ebook store, blog will also offer customers de. Otherwise, there is no reason for them to continue to return. Perhaps you could write some articles on eBay? Maybe you could try free ebooks with resale rights and give these customers? Perhaps you could provide discounts on your products to those who read your blog? Maybe you can post news on your blog that can affect your customers. There are a lot of options here. All you have to do is choose one.

3) BLOGGING FREQUENCY:

Although this is not the only success factor, as you register the more successful your blog will be. It is therefore necessary to examine how critical your blog is going to be at your eBay ebook business and have sufficient time for posting. If you are going to rely heavily on your blog as a source of traffic, then you should be a good publishing content on your blog at least every two days. However, if you use the blog as a news source for more general customers will need less time to maintain it.

All in all, blogging is a great way to keep customers up to date, create trust, build brand and generate repeat custom. A successful blog can also generate a lot of traffic outside of eBay. Consider the recommendations described above and then start blogging .......
