Keep Your Health Eating Gourmet
We have been asked to write health and nutrition without sacrificing the quality of the gourmet kitchen. An interesting topic, since there is a popular belief that everything tasty kills or fat. The reality is different. Healthy eating and gourmet cuisine may well go hand in hand. Everything depends on three factors: the type of food we consume, the way they process (cooking method) and the amount we eat. As shown, there are different variables and approaches that we can give the issue of health and nutrition, gourmet kitchen criteria. Before we know that there are several aspects that influence our health. First are: heredity or genetic factor that often determines the life or type of inherited disease, then we have the environment that influences the habits we acquire, the kind of air we breathe and the water drink, then the amount and type of exercise you do and finally the nutrition that is formed by the food we eat. This weekly program is designed to address issues of culinary art and food in general, so it only addresses the nutritional issue, leaving the other issues that influence our health specialists in the field.
Then begin by asking what is a healthy diet?. According to the Department of Agriculture of the United States - http://www.usda.gov/enespanol/ - a healthy diet should have a balance between food consumed and calories expended in physical activity, emphasizing the varied food intake of the following groups: Grains (whole grains, bread, pasta, oatmeal, biscuits and rice, etc..) vegetables (broccoli, spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, green beans, etc.). Fruits (all), milk (yogurt and dairy-free or low fat) Lean Meat and Eggs (red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, etc..) and beans (peas, lentils, chick peas, all kinds of beans, nuts, etc.).. Of course, the diet should be low in saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, salt (sodium) and added sugars.
Knowing this information and based on the idea that food is available to our choice in the supermarket, then what we choose when we buy and what we do with them before eating, determines the type of cuisine you're going to get with them or add nutritional value or decrease the prepared dish, which undoubtedly influences the quality of life in good health and quality of what we eat. The basic idea of this review is to show that it is possible to eat healthy, wealthy, without sacrificing quality gourmet, ie we can eat delicious, without harming our bodies and without gaining weight. The issue is the choice of food and how cooking used in its preparation. A healthy diet helps to prevent certain diseases like cancer, heart problems, diabetes and many other ailments. In turn, the way they prepare food, determine its nutritional content. When you peel fruits and vegetables remove vitamins and minerals found under the skin, high temperature, destroys vitamins, minerals and food make drying, as well as shrink, fats and oils - except the olive oil - slow down the digestive process, they add up excess calories and cholesterol and boiling food, soluble minerals dissolve in water, which then end up in Sink the downspout apart from losing flavor and color, bagasse consuming food.
