Can you play an Abortion after the statutory period?

The recent case of Nikita Mheta appeared in all the international media, impact on all women in the world, not only in these, if not everything about them. Nikita, a woman 25 weeks pregnant, she knew that her baby might suffer paralysis and doctors discovered a significant injury to his heart, but the Indian Act does not allow abortion after 20 weeks, considering that after that time , the main parts of the body, are developed, and is considered too harsh by the company performing an abortion. Nikita, ignoring India's own law, requested judicial authorization for an abortion, but the same was denied because, having been accepted, it has been a change too far into the Indian legal system. Reflect on this matter, if you look at it from the Spanish legal standpoint, we see that we are unable to blame anyone. If we look at society, we will realize conflicts, increasing this entails. And finally, we saw the face of the depressed partner, Nikita and her husband, on television, I thought, what mother in the world would want to have a baby paralyzed or with a hole in his heart.

If Nikita has the baby, who is the victim: the mother or child? Both Nikita and her husband or her baby will live this traumatic situation throughout his life, therefore, we see a situation in which neither parent can love a child's disability, or are capable of hating their baby. At this point, we must ask, what is the solution to this problem. The problem is that this type of situation can happen to everyone, and today, the law in Spain does not allow more than one abortion in the first three months, unless it is expected that the embryo has serious congenital deformities. However, in the event of any serious risk to life or danger to physical or mental health of the mother, the Spanish law, is broader, and does not determine within about when hosting this type of scenario. Today, in many countries, the situation remains as existing in India, therefore, must fight against such laws, since many people may have experienced the same situation in the past, and many others, could suffer intolerable discrimination in the future.

Thus, the society, governments and regulators should anticipate and take into consideration all these facts and to establish certain exceptions that may prevent exceptional circumstances as described. José Alberto Espina www.a-indemnizaciones.com Andría
